Best Nutrition Award

Special congratulations to our food service coordinator Laura Ignoffo and Dolores’ Safe Haven for winning the Best Nutrition Program award from the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The award recognizes Deborah’s Place as an agency that makes an extra effort to incorporate nutrition into our regular food service. On the award Ignoffo said, “I am very excited that we have gotten this award for the Safe Haven. Now I know that my hard work is paying off and we will continue to serve our women nutritiously and teach them how to eat nutritiously.”
