Group Volunteer Opportunities

We welcome groups that would like to be involved with Deborah’s Place on an ongoing basis, or for a one-time volunteer activity at one of our locations. Our staff can work with you to plan an event that meets your needs and ours.

Depending on current needs, volunteer groups might:

Clean one of our locations Host a holiday or bingo party Landscape at one of our locations Help with office work or mailings Play games or lead groups in the Learning Center Prepare and serve a meal, or bring a special meal for the ladies Run health education classes for small groups of our women (great opportunity for medical or dental students!)

Host a Third Party Fundraiser or Donation Drive! Third Party Fundraisers are any event that you plan, host, and stage in support of Deborah’s Place programs. To learn more, read our Guide to Third Party Fundraising or contact Elizabeth Golden.
