Welcome to volunteering at
Deborah’s Place!

We welcome volunteers who are at least 18 years old in our regular meal service.

We are excited to add you to our community of regular, dedicated individual and small group volunteers, who each serve our programs at least once per month.

Nourishing relationships. Feeding community.

We aim to introduce you to our organization and culture through a 1-hour volunteer orientation and four 2-hour volunteer shifts. During these shifts, you will helping serve, prepare, and clean up from lunch or dinner. You will also be meeting the women who live in our programs and learning how we break the cycle of homelessness for women in Chicago.

Food service opportunities are available for regular volunteers at two locations:

Lunch shift	11am-1pm Max group size: 3	11am-1pm Max group size: 3
